dedicated to the Master Within, the Spirit, the Divine Presence, that resides within all of us.  These are poems which have presented through meditation, over the last decade or more.   The poems are entitled:  Echoes From The Heart, because  they are just that, echoes from the heart.

The writer, M. C. Anawalt-LeCour, lives and works in Northern California and practices the Sahaj Marg system of Raja Yoga with the Shri Ram Chandra Mission."

When reading these poems, please note these three specific ideas and what they mean.    

• The "Dear One" spoken about in these verses is that one who cries out, is that one who has had enough materialism, is that one who will meditate, is that one who waits patiently.
     
  
• The "Master" spoken of within these verses refers to that one who loves all, who is invisible, who is formless, who permeates all, who being that force that creative spark, that unseen stillness, is the essence of life, that can be personified, as a perfected being. 
     
• The "Heart" referred to in these poems is that universal heart which we all share, that universal heart of pure spiritual love, which is the very essence of all creation.
