dear one

please have no regrets about your life and its events

you have only to forgive and to love – for love creates

so far - you have been entangled with worldly beliefs

taught by your parents - your elders - your culture

at this time in your life - you question these teachings

of argumentation – of dialogue - of intellectualism

however seemingly sane and well meant they may be

for you now realise their ultimate human outcome

has been only that of war and fighting and unrest

so forgive your parents - your elders - your culture

for having given you this misleading information

understand - that you are seeking for a better way

you are seeking a new approach to your problems

to liberate yourself from the ways of strife and war

search into the core of your own individual being

meditate – go to the inner sanctum  of your heart

discover here - the hidden essence of a spiritual love

a wondrous kind of omnipotent omnipresent love

and having found this innate love within your heart

embrace this love – hold up this love in front of you

make love your constant personal guide and comfort

for the measure of your life - is the love you bring to it

as love becomes your focal point - your life will change

as you become able to love - so love will be your life

a life which will ultimately reflect the truth of being

in such manner that your spiritual ascent will begin

and your spiritual elevation will bless one and all

love will enable you to pass serenely through events

for you will now be enabled to hear and to listen

to your own spiritual self - speaking of spiritual love

please - have no regrets about your life and its events

epicentre of your being

dear one
do close your eyes to all that might put you off balance
to all that might put you into a state of dark negativity
seek a state of serenity - envision love surrounding you
entertain the thought that you are permeated with love
that nothing can ever take spiritual love away from you
for you have been completely fashioned by spiritual love
and - it is now your great opportunity to radiate this love
so the world in which you live will resonate with this love
a love which is fundamental and has healing properties
that will touch and caress all who care to experience it
so dear one – do keep yourself attuned to spiritual love
making this love the true epicentre of your whole being

maintain yourself completely fetter free
let yourself fly up on high into the clouds
seeking for wisps of love’s own spirituality
so you find a place to live in the heavens
wherein you can maintain your altitude
wherein you can create a gentle balance
as you make way across life’s great desert

heart and head

dear one
when moving through the currents of life
using the head - without using the heart
very soon will prove to be utterly useless
for the head’s intellect needs guidance
from the heart’s own reserve of will power
without this will power - nothing avails
you must have the heart guiding the head
in order to attune to spiritual vibrations
so - be vigilant - be cheerful of disposition
the heart and the head both love oriented
each day - go forth to perform your duties
continuing to bravely pursue your own life
with all of your thoughts aligned properly
the heart forever lovingly guiding the head

bliss

being bliss-filled is a temporary state
a temporary disposition of your mind
because bliss - however lovely and sweet
is never that precious spiritual reality
for which you earnestly strive and seek
spiritual bliss is but a temporary state
an uplifting first exposure to pure love

so however sweet - you must pass by bliss
to enter into that wondrous spirituality
which passes all previous understanding
dear one - be brave - be love’s instrument
so you can emit love’s odorless fragrance
that unseen colourless and unifying love
that pure love - which is of purest divinity

he spoke

slight of physical build
his life so unpretentious
his words had emphasis
his thought was strong

"seek deep within you
and you will ever find
here inside yourself
the spiritual master

and - do remember well
that the master is here
only during those times
when you are not here

you must therefore learn
to put aside your resources
for that egoless wisdom
found within the master"

lazy

all of us  were now gathered round him
he looked at us pensively and pleaded
“please - do cease being so terribly lazy
development of a spiritual consciousness
requires a constant devoted attention
to maintaining your spiritual outlook
so you are able to continuously admit
entry of love’s unseen spiritual presence
and are able to continue to experience
love’s flow within your body and mind
it is this flow of love that strengthens
and will enable you to do love’s work
to become love’s obedient instrument
please remember - love is all pervasive
and it is continuous work to maintain
love’s constant flow in your body mind
so love can alter the course of your life"
he peered closely into each of our faces
with saddened expression - he departed

the undisturbed now

release all of the hours
as well as the minutes
forgetting past times
forgetting the future
for it is only the now
right this very minute
right this very second
that holds all of life
which you can know
for your past is gone
as yesterday’s seconds
your future lies ahead
as tomorrow’s seconds
thus all that you have
exists within the present
exists in an ever presence
of the undisturbed now

 

if

if you are nervous of a failure
if you are fearful for tomorrow
you must immediately reverse
all these feelings of negativity
positively prepare for your life
accepting only positive thoughts
what you think is what you are
you consist of accepted thoughts
you become whatever you think
you are now that which you think
